Returns & Exchanges

At Hobibear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Hobibear packaging and securely seal the box to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
